IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS TERMS OF USE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SITE OR THE SERVICES. The use of this site is subjected to the following terms of use:

General Terms & Conditions:

(a) You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase the Deal in iSHiOK.COM;
(b) If you are below the age of 18, please review these terms of use with your parents and, to buy the deal.
(c) You are solely responsible for your User ID , password, profile information, links and pictures, including your Content submissions, discussion posts, comment, redeem's form, posting a review, sending us or our merchants feedback, submitting an affiliate and every activity that occurs in iSHiOK.COM.
(d) You will provide accurate information and actual identity to register an account for our services.
(e) You will maintain and promptly update the information that you provide to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
(f) You shall be responsible for your submitting or posting content in discussion, comments , entering a contest or advertisement sponsored by us or our merchants, filling out a redeems form, posting a review, sending us or our merchants feedback, requesting information about our services, submitting an affiliate program or signing up for special offers from third parties through iSHiOK.COM (collectively, Identification Activities).
(g) You will not copy or distribute any content of iSHiOK.COM in any medium without iSHiOK's prior written authorization.
(h) You may not transfer your iSHiOK.COM User ID to another party without our consent.
(i) You will not use iSHiOK.COM communication systems to collect any personally identifiable information, including account names, email addresses, or other such information, for commercial solicitation purposes, that provided by or contacts made on iSHiOK.COM.
(j) You will not take any action that may undermine the comment or ratings systems.

Additional Terms & Conditions For User :

Please check your order carefully to make sure you enter the correct details before you place an order. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending you an order acknowledgement email After you place an order.

We only accept one order per person and will not accept additional orders in some of the deals that offer in ishiok.com. Please review the specified under the Conditions section of the deal.

We will use all reasonable means to keep copies of all contracts from the orders that placed for Coupon by you, but cannot guarantee that we will keep a copy of every agreement for an unlimited time due to the number of orders for Coupon that we receive.

You should therefore print out a copy of these Terms and Conditions and the shipping confirmation email in relation to all purchases and keep them in a safe place as a record of each transaction payment. The prices for any Coupons ordered will be quoted as on our website. All prices are inclusive of GST and full payment terms will be specified at the time of the purchase.

You shall pay your Coupon by credit card, debit card or bank transfer payment can be made on-line (via our SSL secure payment system provided from our Authorize Payment Gateway by iPay88.com.my).

Additional Terms & Conditions For Merchant :

You will not submit Content that is copyrighted or subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy, publicity, trade secret, etc., unless you are the owner of such rights or have the appropriate permission from their rightful owner to specifically submit such Content to iSHiOK.COM and ;

hereby affirm we have the right to determine whether any of your Content submissions are appropriate and comply with our Terms of Service, and remove any content of your submissions, and terminate your account with or without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions For Deal's Coupons:

The Coupon you purchase through www.deals.iSHiOK.COM is redeemable for goods or services by the Merchant.

Voucher will only send to buyer after the DEAL is ON by email. Please check your Junk/Spam mail, if your inbox didn’t receive any email from iSHiOK.COM or contact us for more inquiries.

Merchant is the sellers of the goods or services which you are purchasing and not by iSHiOK.COM. (If you have any complaints regarding the items/services, please email our customer service at contact[at]ishiok.com)

The expiration date for a Coupon is as printed on the Coupon with a specified "Redemption Period". Redemption Period is the time duration to exchange the goods/services from merchants. And Merchant may not accept the Coupon redemption after the expiry date of the Coupon.

Vouchers are not exchangeable for any form of cash or credit. And shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions of iSHiOK's Coupon and the participating Merchant.

Terms & Conditions for Referral :

We are giving RM2, when someone you invite gets their first iSHiOK Deals coupon. There's no limit on how much you can earn!

Just copy Your Referral Link in your profile (http://deals.ishiok.com/profile.html) or (http://deals.ishiok.com/referral.html) and share with your friend.

To buy a deal for a friend, and we will request for your friend's name and email address and send your friend a one-time email with the gift you bought for them or inviting him or her to visit the site. And for your information, there is no ‘Bonus’ if you [buy a deal for a friend].

Terms & Conditions for Refunds :

iSHiOK.com will only refund the paid portion of your Coupon in the form of a credit for future Deals ("iSHiOK Credit"), with the terms of:
(a) If you are unable to redeem a Coupon before the expiration of the Coupon or
(b) The relevant Merchant refuses to honor the Coupon "Terms of Use" before the legally permitted expiration date.
(c) Merchant has gone out of business.

In order to receive the credit, following information in writing to iSHiOK.COM is required:
(a) Identification of the Coupon and Merchant,
(b) Statement of the date, time, and circumstances in which the Merchant refused to redeem the Coupon, and
(c) Coupon's redemption code printed in Coupon.

By the way, we will have a Transaction’s service charges for 5%.
