1. Am I able to change the name on the coupon?

No; you can’t change the name on coupons.
But most of our coupons are transferable.
Please read the coupon’s terms and conditions. Some of it, You may buy multiple coupons as gifts and you can share it with your family and friends.
They can redeem the coupons without your presence. It’s all refer on the Coupon’s T&C.


2. How to buy a deal?
Step1: Register.
Step2: Choose the deal and read the description, terms & conditions, how to redeem, and click buy.

Step4: Choose what kind of the payment method u wish to use. (MasterCard,Visa,Bank Transfer-Maybank,RHB, and etc). Fill up the form, and Proceed. (Do not closed and just wait, until you will be redirect back iSHiOK.COM your account.)
Step5: Check your Coupon (http://deals.ishiok.com/my-coupons.html)
Step6: Done.


3. What are the procedures after I bought the coupon?
Once you buy it, please check the Status of the coupon (http://deals.ishiok.com/my-coupons.html)
UN -User Yet to Use this Offer in the Shop.
U - User Used this Offer in the Shop.
If There is no [Download as PDF] right side, means that you have to wait or refer more people to make the Deal ON. Then the [Download as PDF] will be activated.
in Once you received the coupon, you can print it and bring it along to the merchant’s location to enjoy your deal. Merchant will need the coupon for verification purposes.


4. How to redeem products or services after I bought it?
Just print the coupon from [MyCoupon]in your profile page , and go to the shop or online store to redeem it, Please refer the Deal’s How To Redeems.


5. Why have I not received my coupon that I just bought it?
Usually the coupons are sent immediately upon successful purchases.
Please check your spam/junk folder or you can download your coupon by viewing [My Coupons] (http://deals.ishiok.com/my-coupons.html) after you login successfully to iSHiOK.COM.

1. I don’t have Credit Card, can I pay using Bank Transfer?
Yes, we accept Bank Transfers (debit account) from major banks (Maybank2u, RHB, and etc) and Credit Cards (Visa/Master) VIA iPay88.com


2. What happen after i buy?
The system will email to you for confirmation of your payments. Once the coupons are ready, please check on your coupon Status of the coupon in (http://deals.ishiok.com/my-coupons.html).


3. Can I buy for my friend?
Yes, you can. Although the coupons has your name on it but it is transferable(depend on the coupon's term). Just print it out and give it to your friend.


4. How many can I buy?
Some coupons comes with a limit. Please refer to coupon terms.


5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. Please cancel your purchase before the sales ends (payment completely done) and before we send you the coupons.
